These delicious brunch recipes are a collection of my favorite breakfast meals and cocktails, and are perfect for your next breakfast party!

    There’s something special about brunch.

Maybe it’s the special, whimsical fun that comes from eating a meal with a made-up name.

Maybe it’s because eating breakfast at 10:30 or 11 in the morning probably means that you got to sleep in, and lounge around the house drinking coffee.

Maybe it’s because brunch means breakfast with friends, celebrating a special occasion, or…

It might be that brunch is one of the few times in life when it’s socially acceptable to have a cocktail with breakfast.

Whatever the reason, brunch is FUN.

And it’s a good reason to break out the best breakfast recipes– the ones that you don’t always have time for when you’re rushing out the door for work on a weekday morning.

These brunch recipes and cocktails will help make your breakfast party a delicious success!

    Brunch Cocktails

If you’re planning on serving cocktails at brunch, you can’t go wrong with a classic cocktail like the mimosa (orange juice + Champagne).

If you want to shake things up, try this rhubarb champagne— a springtime twist on the classic mimosa.

Brunch is also the perfect time to serve caffeinated cocktails– the ones you might avoid at a dinner party because of a lingering fear of insomnia.

This Kentucky bourbon coffee is a warm and delicious coffee cocktail, and is the perfect way to pair two of my favorite things on earth– coffee and bourbon.

    Kentucky Bourbon Coffee
This Kentucky Bourbon Coffee is a Southern take on an Irish coffee, and is the perfect drink to keep you warm on chilly days. This caffeinated cocktail is made with freshly-brewed coffee, coffee liqueur, bourbon, and cream.

And of course, it’s always a good idea to have a mocktail or two on hand. It’s even better to have a drink that you can serve with or without alcohol.

These two lemonade ideas are perfect with or without the liquor.

    Strawberry Lemonade with Lavender
This Strawberry Lemonade with Lavender uses strawberries, lavender simple syrup, and lemons to make the perfect summer drink. For a delicious summer cocktail, add gin or vodka.
