These delicious brunch recipes are a collection of my favorite breakfast meals and cocktails, and are perfect for your next breakfast party!
There's something special about brunch.
Maybe it's the special, whimsical fun that comes from eating a meal with a made-up name.
Maybe it's because eating breakfast at 10:30 or 11 in the morning probably means that you got to sleep in, and lounge around the house drinking coffee.
Maybe it's because brunch means breakfast with friends, celebrating a special occasion, or...
It might be that brunch is one of the few times in life when it's socially acceptable to have a cocktail with breakfast.
Whatever the reason, brunch is FUN.
And it's a good reason to break out the best breakfast recipes-- the ones that you don't always have time for when you're rushing out the door for work on a weekday morning.
These brunch recipes and cocktails will help make your breakfast party a delicious success!
Brunch Cocktails
If you're planning on serving cocktails at brunch, you can't go wrong with a classic cocktail like the mimosa (orange juice + Champagne).
If you want to shake things up, try this rhubarb champagne-- a springtime twist on the classic mimosa.
Brunch is also the perfect time to serve caffeinated cocktails-- the ones you might avoid at a dinner party because of a lingering fear of insomnia.
This Kentucky bourbon coffee is a warm and delicious coffee cocktail, and is the perfect way to pair two of my favorite things on earth-- coffee and bourbon.
Want a drink that you can mix up in a pitcher for a crowd? This bourbon sour with lavender is light, refreshing, and is easy to make in bulk.
And of course, it's always a good idea to have a mocktail or two on hand. It's even better to have a drink that you can serve with or without alcohol.
These two lemonade ideas are perfect with or without the liquor.
Want more breakfast cocktail ideas? Try a this Canadian twist on the classic Bloody Mary-- the Caesar cocktail from Girl Heart Food.

This butternut squash quiche with caramelized onions is perfect for fall and winter, this Swiss chard quiche in spring and summer, and a salmon quiche is delicious all year long.
Next, we've got another French classic.
Crêpes.

And you can even make them gluten-free or vegan!
Next up is my favorite brunch recipe-- I love it so much that I eat it on weekdays too!
Bagels and lox is a perfect addition to your brunch table, because you don't have to actually cook anything.
Simply toast some bagels, set out the toppings, and the rest is up to your guests to assemble.
Or, mix together this more affordable lox spread instead!
Feeling ambitious? Learn how to make lox, and learn the difference between lox vs. smoked salmon.
The next recipe is perfect, because if you're already buying lox-- simply get a little more lox, and turn it into an eggs royale.
Cooking Tip: The next two recipes use poached eggs. Learn how to make perfectly poached eggs the easy way!
For another twist on eggs benedict, try it with CRAB! This crab eggs benedict is delicious with Dungeness crab, but you can also swap canned or refrigerated lump crab meat.
Another traditional, oh-so-tasty breakfast option is Scotch eggs – but you can also make them bite-size! These Scotch quail eggs are tiny and delicious.
Looking for some DAIRY-FREE brunch recipes? Try these coconut waffles,
Need some VEGAN brunch options? Try this grapefruit breakfast brûlée or this roasted grape oatmeal.
