Brikk is a small bakery and coffee shop in Reykjavik, Iceland. Stop by for a cozy snack a few minutes away from the city center!

Brikk is a family-owned bakery and coffee shop in Reykjavik. We went there to have a small treat just before our Sky Lagoon reservation (probably our favorite spa experience in Iceland).
The bakery is known for its sourdough bread and pizza dough. What you might be most excited about during a coffee break, though, is the array of yummy cakes, rolls, and other goodies.

They also serve other food for lunch, including soup, spreads, and croissants. For the soup of the day, check Instagram!

Getting to Brikk
The Brikk location in Reykjavik is very close to the Klambratún Park and Kjarvalsstaðir Art Museum. It's about a 10-minute drive from the city center. Or there are a couple of bus stops within about a 5-minute walk of the coffee shop.
Street parking wasn’t hard to find when we went, and where we parked was free (the bakery isn’t in the busiest part of the city.)

Brikk has other locations in the towns around Reykjavik, including one even closer to Sky Lagoon. Visit their website for addresses and opening times of all the locations.

What to Try with Your Coffee
We had a cinnamon roll and a chocolate sweet roll. Neither were overly sweet, although I definitely should have shared, because half was plenty!

We also had a flat white and a latte.

Everything was delicious, and service was quick.

We recommend this stop for a quiet break while you explore Reykjavik! It can be part of your unofficial foodie tour.
For some traditional Icelandic options to have for a main meal, try Salka Valka, Messinn, or Cafe Loki, all located within a few minutes of central Reykjavik.
