Quills Coffee is a cute and welcoming spot to take a break in downtown Louisville's NuLu District. Here's what we enjoyed!
Have you ever visited Louisville’s NuLu (New Louisville) district? What about the Bourbon District?
These adjacent areas in downtown Louisville are full of fun discoveries for the out-of-town visitor. Distillery tours? Check. Cute shops and restaurants? Check!
One spot we enjoyed checking out on a recent trip was Quills Coffee. It made for a nice break in the midst of visiting other attractions, like Angel's Envy Distillery and Lou Lou on Market, a Cajun restaurant within walking distance.
If you need a coffee shop while exploring (and who doesn't?!) here's what we enjoyed about Quills.
Locations
Quills Coffee is actually a small chain with seven locations in the Greater Louisville area (and one in Indianapolis).
The one we visited is one East Main Street, but it's nice to know you could stop in at different spots around the city. They're all built around the idea of being welcoming and relaxing destinations.
What's On the Menu at Quills Coffee
We had the miele latte (a cinnamon honey latte) with half the sweetener, and it was delicious.
(If you can't get to a place that serves these, I recreated the cinnamon honey latte at home!)
They also offer pastries, scones, and tea and kombucha drinks.
It was easy to find a spot to relax with our drink, either inside or outside.
Quills sells their coffee online to be shipped right to your door if you take a particular liking to any of their blends. You can get it on a subscription or a one-time basis.
Their Instagram will keep you up-to-date on the latest blends offered, specials, and seasonal drinks.
We think this coffee shop is a cute little place that's worth a stop. Let us know about your other favorite places to spend time in downtown Louisville!
