Nate's Coffee in Lexington is locally owned and serving up freshly roasted coffee from their fun little downtown shop!
Nate's Coffee is a cute little local coffee shop in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. If I'm in the area and in need of a little break, it's become one of my go-to spots.
Nate's actually started as a commercial coffee roaster for other restaurants years before ever opening their own shop. (You can order their blends to be shipped to you, or even set up a coffee subscription.)
The shop opened in 2019 and has been going strong with freshly roasted coffees ever since.
Where is Nate's Coffee Located?
The shop is located in Tandy Park (where the Saturday Farmer's Market is), and adjacent to Courthouse Square where Zim's Cafe is.
Looking for lunch before or after your coffee? Besides the aforementioned Zim's Cafe, we also recommend the Korean food at Han Woo Ri or the Greek food at Athenian Grill! Both are just a short drive away.
There's seating both inside and outside the coffee shop.
If you find that the coffee here is to your liking, you can also get a cup at a number of other Lexington businesses, like the Kentucky Castle, Kentucky Native Café, and many more.
What's On the Menu
They've got truly great coffee that can stand on its own without a lot of extras (although if you like fancy drinks, they do those too!). Most of the year I get a plain hot latte, but in summer I love their nitro cold brew.
Browse their Facebook page and you'll be able to see all the seasonal drinks on offer.
I like to get a cup of coffee and then wander around the Farmer's Market if it's open.
They also have bagged coffee and some baked goods for sale.
Nate's is a delight in downtown Lexington — we definitely recommend stopping if you're in the area!
