Ingredients

orange, peeled and segmented
1
banana, sliced + frozen
If you don't have frozen banana, add extra ice

cup
milk kefir, plain (or coconut milk kefir)

tablespoon
maple syrup, optional

ice cubes, optional
Optional toppings: shredded coconut, small chocolate chips
Instructions
Blend all ingredients. Sweeten to taste if desired. Add toppings if desired. Drink while still cold.
Make Ahead: Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
