Instructions
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place the pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven and allow it to heat up as the oven pre-heats.Unroll the pizza dough onto parchment paper, and place on a pizza slide or a cutting board. Gently brush or rub the oil onto the dough. Sprinkle the dough with the herbs.
Remove the pizza stone or baking sheet from the oven. (Be careful, it will be hot!) (Leave the oven on.)
Spread the tomato sauce onto the dough. Add the mozzarella cheese, and then scatter the avocado over the dough.
Add the shrimp to a small bowl and pat dry. Add the chili crisp oil and toss.If using farmed shrimp (most shrimp purchased at a grocery store is farmed), add the shrimp to the pizza now.
Place the pizza back in the oven and bake for 10-13 more minutes, or until the pizza crust is golden and the shrimp are cooked through. If using wild shrimp (which tend to cook cook extra quickly), wait until the last 6 minutes of cook time to add the shrimp to the pizza.
Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle the top with the hot honey.Allow pizza to cool for about 5 minutes. Cut into 8 slices and serve immediately.
