Nasturtium Salad

  • 3 oz arugula
  • 1 large handful nasturtium flowers + leaves, leaves roughly chopped if desired
  • 1 cup strawberries, cored + sliced
  • 1/8 cup sesame seeds


  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TB honey or agave syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • Toss together all salad ingredients.
  • Whisk all vinaigrette ingredients together. Toss dressing with salad. Serve immediately.
