Brie Grilled Cheese
This easy Brie grilled cheese sandwich is filled with sliced Brie and sweet jam, and makes a perfect companion for a bowl of tomato soup.Serving size is for ½ sandwich. Pair with tomato soup for lunch or dinner.

- 1 tablespoon butter, divided
- 2 ounces Brie, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon jam or orange marmalade
- 2 slices white or potato bread
Pre-heat a small pan over medium heat. Melt half the butter in the pan.
While the pan heats up, add the Brie and jam to a slice of bread, and top with the remaining slice.
Set sandwich in the hot pan, and cook about 2 minutes. Flip, add the remaining butter, and cook until golden.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
