Campfire S'mores

Campfire s'mores are easy and quick to make. Go beyond the basics and try some other variations to make your s'more even tastier!

  • Marshmallow skewers

Ingredients

Basic S'more:

  • 1 graham cracker, broken into two squares
  • 1 dark or milk chocolate square, or use more
  • 1 marshmallow (or use 2)

Optional Toppings/Variations

  • peanut butter
  • freeze dried strawberries, or use fresh
  • banana chips

Instructions

  • Prepare s’more by arranging a square of chocolate and any optional toppings on a graham cracker square before roasting the marshmallow.
    Packages of graham crackers and dark and milk chocolate.
  • Roast the marshmallows over indirect heat near the campfire until marshmallow is golden.
    Add marshmallow to graham cracker, and close the s’more sandwich. Eat immediately.
    Toasted marshmallows on roasting stick above campfire.
